Saved and compared lenders
Your saved and compared lender IDs are stored in this browser’s local storage. They are not connected to an account and do not synchronize between devices. You can remove saved entries individually, clear your comparison, or clear the site’s browser data to remove both collections.
When you open your saved list or comparison, the selected listing IDs are sent to our server to retrieve current public business details. Saving a provider does not send an inquiry to that business.
Search and calculator inputs
Directory filters may appear in the page URL so you can revisit a search. Search terms and filters are sent to our server to query the directory database hosted in Supabase. Calculator computations run in your browser. The site does not send calculator values or saved selections to a lender, and it does not collect loan applications.
Do not put private financial or identity information into a search field or URL.
Email and feedback
The contact page prepares a draft in your email app. Text entered in the form is not submitted to our website server. When you send the email, Mortgage Firm receives the message, your email address, and any other information you include. Email providers process the message under their own privacy practices.
We use email feedback to respond to inquiries and evaluate requested corrections. Please do not include loan applications, account numbers, Social Security numbers, or private financial documents.
Accounts, advertising, and analytics
The current application has no account registration, advertising scripts, or analytics integration configured in its application code. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical requests and service logs used to operate and troubleshoot the site.

Links to source material or other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Mortgage Firm does not control the information you provide on those services.
